The year was 1944.
Eighteen-year-old Jean, born in Quebec, Canada, but raised as a
Tibetan monk, was sent away to learn from the greats of America.
He soon found himself caught up amongst a shady travelling circus
and trying to free a rare white lion.
Meanwhile, the younger Sonam--Tibetan-born but like a brother to Jean--
was forced to remain at the City of Flames until he came of age.
Tired of being cooped up, Sonam experimented with a rare and dangerous form of astral projection,
the likes of which hadn't been seen since the High Lama himself invented it hundreds of years prior.
But the boys' years of training were not just for show;
the lamas prophesized invaders from the Fourth Dimension would soon again strike,
threatening to destroy everything in their path.
Walking in the shadows of heroes such as Yarko the Great and Zanzibar the Magician,
the two young men hoped to one day play their part
in sealing up the gates to the Fourth Dimension for good.
